  6. This is the first version of mpega (MPEG audio decoder).
  7. It can decode MPEG I, layers I & II.

  9. Yes, you can decode MPEG audio bitstreams in real time with your amiga !
  10. You need at least a 68020... and a 40MHz+FastRam accelerator board is
  11. strongly recommended. This player was written on my A1200/68030/40MHz.
  12. On my system, it can decode and play in real time single-channel files
  13. at 1/2 sampling frequency (22050Hz for 44100Hz sampling) and stereo files
  14. at 1/4 sampling frequency (11025Hz for 44100Hz sampling).
